FreeSpace provides different exports for different jobs: a full JSON backup for restoration, settings-only JSON for preferences, and Markdown or offline HTML for reading and sharing one unlocked workspace. Export files stay under your control.
Export remains available if productive subscription access ends. Local reading, unlocking, exporting, deleting, and intact Workspace Trash restoration are retained so billing status does not trap your data.

Open Settings & backups, choose Export all data, and keep the JSON file somewhere you control.
A later Import backup merges its workspaces after validation. Protected workspace contents remain encrypted until unlocked with their original passwords.
Markdown and offline HTML make one unlocked workspace understandable in ordinary editors and browsers.
They are sharing formats, not full-fidelity restore files: notes, locks, snapshots, settings, Trash, and subscription state are not reconstructed from them.
