Bring a portable tab list into FreeSpace without uploading its URLs or titles to a FreeSpace server. Preview accepted tabs, duplicates, unsupported records, and safety-limit truncation; inspect a tab sample and edit the workspace name before creating anything.
Plan disclosure: In a qualified supported region, import is available during an eligible PayPal-approved 30-day trial and the $1.99 USD/month base-price subscription that follows until canceled. FreeSpace shows the selected region, exact seller-collected tax, recurring total, and due-now amount for acceptance before it creates a PayPal subscription. Checkout is available to United States residents only. Local read, unlock, export, and delete access remain if entitlement ends.
Generic formats create one workspace from portable URL records. Documented Session Buddy JSON uses a dedicated, multi-workspace adapter with explicit fidelity limits.

Use Move from another tab manager in the command menu, or open the same action from Settings, then select the file.
FreeSpace shows the detected format, accepted-tab sample, and accepted, duplicate, unsupported, and safety-limit counts. Generic imports have an editable workspace name; multi-workspace Session Buddy imports have selective workspace checkboxes.
#/ or #!/ are retained.Generic imports do not preserve vendor-specific hierarchy, groups, pins, notes, resources, collaboration state, or other fields unless they reduce to supported URL and title/name fields.
Documented Session Buddy v4 and v3 JSON gets a dedicated adapter. FreeSpace does not claim a branded Workona, Toby, TabXpert, or TABLERONE importer and is not affiliated with those products.
