FreeSpace Refund Policy
Effective and last updated: August 8, 2026
Eligible trial first: An eligible installation gets the full product for 30 days before the first accepted recurring charge—the $1.99 USD monthly base price plus the exact qualified seller-collected tax shown in the quote. Cancel renewal from Plan in FreeSpace or through PayPal before the trial ends to avoid that charge.
First paid charge
You may request a refund of the first recurring FreeSpace charge within seven calendar days after it is processed. Email amma.software.llc@gmail.com with the PayPal subscription ID, charge date, and a short reason. Do not send card, bank, password, or activation-token information.
Later recurring charges
Monthly charges after the first paid charge are generally non-refundable because the subscription can be canceled at any time. Refunds will still be provided where required by applicable law and may be considered for duplicate charges, a confirmed billing error, or exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation is separate
A refund request does not automatically cancel future renewal. Use Plan → Cancel renewal in FreeSpace or cancel the automatic payment in PayPal as well. Likewise, cancellation does not automatically refund a charge that was already processed.
Effect of a refund or reversal
A full refund or payment reversal may end productive subscription access for the refunded billing period once the provider confirms it. Your existing local library remains available to read, unlock, export, and delete.
PayPal disputes
You may also have rights through PayPal or your payment provider. Please contact FreeSpace support first when practical so a straightforward billing error can be corrected promptly. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
